Biography of LP Sook:

LP Sook was born on B.E.2390 (C.E.1847) at Chainat province. LP Sook was ordained as Buddhist monk when he was 22 years old at Wat Phothonglang, Nonthaburi province. After ordination, LP Sook studied magic, meditation and dharma with LP Chay of Wat Phothaonglang for many years. Moreover, LP Sook went to Bangkok for studying dharma and meditation at Wat Chana Songkram that he met with LP Ngong of Wat Bangklan that LP Sook and LP Ngoen is friend. LP Sook practiced meditaion and magic in deep forest for many years then went to Chainat province and develop Wat Pakkhlong Makhamthaow. LP Sook is one of well-known monk in Thailand that he has many well-known disciples such as Kommaluang Chumphon prince, LP Eia of Wat Bandan and other.

LP Sook passed away on 23 December B.E.2466 (C.E.1923) while he was 76 years old.
